- General Terms & Agreement -

• BIY is not obliged to add any business to its business directory.
• BIY can remove any business from its business directory at any time without prior notification.
• BIY is not responsible for the content of the data entered onto its directory. The business owner is responsible for the legality and preservation of all their uploaded content.
• BIY is not obligated to register any business with search engines, adding a business to a search engine is an act of goodwill.
• Removal of a business from the BIY website will require that the business identify itself to BIY in a manner that satisfies BIY, ie. through e-mail, that it in fact the owner of the business making the request.
• Unless otherwise specified, BIY is free to use the data it gathers for any lawful purposes it sees fit.
